For employee protection, we have an in-house safety inspection program and we enlist the services of outside safety consulting firms. We also have a drug and alcohol abuse and testing policy because employees have a right to know they can depend on their co-workers. All technicians attend classroom self study and on-the-job training. Technicians then must pass a "Service Technician" written exam. Also within one year of employment they must also pass the 'Certified Applicator" exam. Parker Pest Control is an independently owned pest management company. One of the managers has been with Parker Pest for over 30 years. The average length of employment for full time employees is over 11 years. Headquarters are located in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The Ponca City branch provides lawn and tree services in the local area, along with commercial and residential pest control which includes the Stillwater area and covering a territory as far north as Braman. Oklahoma City Branch services commercial and residential customers from Guthrie to Tecumseh. Enid Branch provides commercial and residential services from Lamar to Alva and much of the area west of I-35 to Hwy 8. Tulsa Branch provides commercial services from Bartlesville to Checotah. Wichita Branch provides commercial and residential services within a 50 mile radius of Wichita.
